Reeform 350 is used to process thermoformable films from reel to produce packages which meet the most varied requirements. Machine frames are made from thick aluminium plates and profiles with an anodised surface and all of it has been covered and protected with stainless steel frames. The forming die works using vacuum or compressed air. The sealing die including the upper and lower chamber are mounted in one body like the forming station and it is moving on lifting rails so that are raised and lowered simultaneously to the forming die getting machine cycle. The lifting system for forming and sealing station consists of a compressed air cyclinder, knee levers and lifting rods so that a high sealing pressure is achieved. The following functions are carried out in the sealing station : evacuation - sealing, evacuation - gas flushing -sealing, or only sealing. Product loading part can be extended on request and it can support equipment as metering unit or weighing equipment. The control system can take care of all the equipments to add to the machine.
